Barron KARES donates $122,320 to 12 NW Washington nonprofits

Twelve nonprofit organizations in Northwest Washington received $122,320 in 2025 from Barron KARES, a philanthropic effort by Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing.

Barron KARES (Kindness, Appreciation, Response, Empathy, and Service) highlights a different charity or non-profit organization each month that holds high esteem among Team Barron and within the communities it serves. Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing provides a charitable donation of $110 on select purchases, such as heat pumps, tankless water heaters, solar installations, generators, and more.

The most recent recipients of a Barron KARES donation were The NOAH Center, Blaine Food Bank, Blue Skies for Children, YWCA Bellingham, the Vietnam Veterans of America Bellingham Chapter #165 and Whatcom Hospice House. The first six recipients in 2025 were Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, Brigadoon Service Dogs, Lydia Place, Brigid Collins Family Support Center, Melodic Caring Project and Whatcom Council on Aging, according to Brad Barron, CEO of Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing. Barron KARES has made donations to 24 different nonprofits in its first two years.
